Admiral PR’s chairman Stephen Waddington has teamed up with more than 20 of the UK’s leading digital communications and public relations practitioners to produce an Amazon bestseller.
Share This, which hit the number one spot on the popular site for PR books and Sales and Marketing books on pre-sales alone, carries an endorsement from famous Twitter user Lord Sugar on the front cover.
The book published by Wiley was been produced by the CIPR Social Media Panel and includes insights and practical guidance on how professional communicators can utilise social media and networks and platforms to engage directly in conversation with audiences.
Stephen, who is also co-author with Steve Earl of Brand Anarchy, the bestseller published by Bloomsbury in March, edited Share This and contributed a chapter on blogging.
Share This is split into 26 chapters over eight topic areas, covering the media and public relations industry, planning, social networks, online media relations, monitoring and measurement, skills, industry change and the future of the industry.
Stephen will join fellow contributor Adam Parker, CEO, Realwire, to talk about the book in a session organised by the CIPR North-East on 29 August at The Town Wall Pub.
