Admiral handled the regional media relations for Deloitte LLP, one of the world’s leading business advisory firms, in Yorkshire and the North East in a campaign which saw Deloitte average daily media coverage across the region.
The campaign required intensive media communications of a wide range of key messages for Deloitte, focusing on the firm’s strategic messages, coupled with varied and creative media releases that conveyed the firm’s expertise across a range of industry sectors including tax, corporate finance, manufacturing, the public sector and mergers & acquisitions (M&A).
Admiral provided a complete press office function, acting as the main point of contact for all media activity and maintaining close relationships with business journalists across both regions, as well as working closely with Deloitte on communication strategies around crisis handling, administrations and highly confidential buy-outs and other M&A activity.
Admiral also conducted in-depth analysis and reporting for all activity on the account, including competitor media coverage analysis and share of voice, as well as key messaging and industry sector presence. The campaign saw Deloitte maintain a near-constant domination of media share of voice versus its key rivals.
