Admiral was contracted by NHS North Tees in March 2009 to deliver regional media relations and marketing support for the Change4Life event in Stockton-on-Tees.
Admiral was responsible for marketing a free, healthy-living family festival. Secondary and tertiary objectives included raising awareness of local facilities available to residents to embark on fitness and healthy living regimes as well as raising awareness of wider issues linking into Change4Life and obesity levels.
All activity was geared toward signposting the public to the Change4Life website, Stockton PCT’s own website pages, the facilities and services available within Stockton, and the event itself.
The event attracted over 2000 residents and the supporting PR and marketing activity reached a further 660,000 local people.
